Everybody knows that Sean Baker isn’t afraid to include nudity and sex in his films, and Mikey Madison even won an Oscar for her role in one of them. Now, his next film is also expected to be explicit. He says the project is a love letter to Italian sex comedies of the 1960s and 1970s.
If you don’t know, Italian sex comedies aren’t PG-13 like many American films. Instead, they are known for featuring nudity, provocative themes, and plenty of fan service, often showcasing beautiful women.
A 55-year-old Italian actress is reportedly involved in the film, and Sean is looking to begin filming later this year. He also doesn’t want any studio controlling what he shoots, so he plans to film it independently.
Currently, there are no plot details, but reports suggest it will also follow a sex worker, similar to Anora.
All these hints suggest that this movie will be full of nudity and sex, possibly even more than Anora itself. I’m also excited to see who gets the lead role. I hope it’s someone who has never done nude scenes before, so we can see them in that light for the first time in this film.
