Dakota Johnson, Saoirse Ronan, and Jessie Buckley are set to star in the upcoming adaptation of THREE INCESTUOUS SISTERS.
The story follows three sisters: Bettine, Ophile, and Clothilde.
Bettine and Ophile love the same man. He chooses Bettine, and she becomes pregnant. Clothilde, who has supernatural abilities, communicates with the unborn child.
Rivalries escalate into sabotage and revenge.
The story is depressing and not fun. You should know that “INCESTUOUS” in the title is just there—the three sisters do not have a sexual relationship.
As for skin show and love-making, it is minimal in the novel. However, the film will be loosely inspired by the book. The characters will remain the same, but there will be major changes. Who knows—maybe they will actually add incest to it.
