Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma teaser is out, and it barely shows anything.
Starring Hannah Einbinder as a queer director and Gillian Anderson as an old actress, both characters return to film a slasher movie, but real killings start happening. From the looks of the teaser, it seems comedic, unhinged, exaggerated, and styled with a unique cinematic touch.
As the title of the movie suggests, sex will be in it, and we got some teases in the trailer—though no lesbian scenes between Hannah and Gillian. However, the sexual tension is definitely there.
Another shot shows Hannah in underwear running through the fields. As I said, not much has been teased so far. A full trailer would’ve helped piece together the plot and the relationship between the two main characters, but we’ll have to wait for that.
The film releases in theaters on August 7, 2026.
