HBO isn’t new to revealing female bodies and showing sex scenes. The company was built on great stories and nudity, though in this decade they think 50 times before adding a good nudity scene. Still, HBO remains one of the top streamers that adults go to for adult shows because all the other streamers are even worse. The bar is so low these days that even a show that would’ve been considered a flop back in the 2010s is now considered a masterpiece. But we gotta entertain ourselves one way or another, right?
So here are five recent shows you can watch alone:
(1) Industry Season 4: The newest season stars one of Gen Z’s favorite crushes, Kiernan Shipka. The show reduced nudity after Season 2, and now barely anyone from the main cast gets naked. Luckily for us, Myha’la did get naked and had a good sex scene. Marisa Abela and Kiernan Shipka both disappointed, but still, watching them being all flirty is really hot to see.
As for the story and characters, if you have watched this show from the start, you will be shocked by some of the plotlines, shocking revelations, and character development. Yasmin is now a madame at the end of Season 4, and Kiernan Shipka’s Hayley works under her. The finale of Season 4 promises some sexy scenes, so I am definitely excited for it.
(2) Euphoria Season 3: The long-awaited season finally dropped in 2026, though many consider it a downgrade. However, this season contains some really good scenes, especially from Sydney Sweeney, who was seen naked in many scenes while creating content for her private audience, along with a good sex scene of her riding on top, giving us a close-up look at her breasts.
If you want to enjoy something alone, you should definitely watch this show.
(3) The Seduction: Based on the novel, the show stars Anamaria Vartolomei and Diane Kruger. The trailer and promotional material promised a wild show with lots of nudity and sex, as Anamaria’s character learns to seduce rich men, but the actual show was very tame. Yes, there are some good nudity scenes and decent sex scenes, but overall, if we look at the premise and plot of this show, there should’ve been more orgies, more random sex, and more from Anamaria and Diane Kruger, but there wasn’t nearly enough.
But still, you can enjoy this show. It is short and has good character development, with a pinch of nudity and sex here and there.
(4) Like Water for Chocolate Season 2: This Mexican show is, in my opinion, the best HBO release of 2026, with a great storyline, plot, character development, ending, and many really good nudity and sex scenes.
The lead actress, Azul Guaita, is naked many times in this two-part series, and so are almost all of the female characters. Definitely, this is a must-watch.
(5) DTF St. Louis: Compared to the others on this list, this one is a lot tamer. But for Linda Cardellini, who stars as the female lead in a love triangle, this was her most uncensored show of her career so far. She was partially naked in many scenes, and her nipples are visible through a see-through top during sex scenes.
As for the story, it is decent. There’s nothing amazing or shocking about it aside from Linda’s sexual scenes, so you can watch it. Maybe you’ll enjoy it; I didn’t.

So these are the five hottest HBO TV shows released in 2026. Honestly, this list is so depressing, but what can I do? They aren’t producing that many shows that you can consider must-watch, no matter what. Gone are the days when they used to promote unnecessary nudity and sex, and now in 2026, even if the script requires it, they try to find ways to cut it.
