Sarah Bolger, whom we recently saw in MGM’s The Westies, now stars in a horror film titled Nervous, in which she once again plays an Irish-American.
In the film, to save her failing marriage, a former Irish investigative journalist relocates with her husband to an isolated countryside home on the outskirts of Seoul. But not long after their arrival, she meets a very seductive neighbor and loses the ability to hear certain people’s voices, including her husband’s. Soon, strange things begin to happen.
Sarah Bolger has lesbian scenes with Ko Asung in this film, though nothing explicit. There’s an outdoor bathing scene in which both women kiss and embrace each other, though we don’t see any full nudity. Only sideboob and bare shoulders are shown.
Once again, Sarah Bolger disappoints.
